Here's what you'll need to get started....
Materials:
Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek Yarn(approx. 15 yds)
H(5mm) Hook
Scissors
Needle
Decorative Button or Bead
Jute Twine(approx. 12”)
Abbreviations(US Terms):
SK = Skip
ST = Stitch
SL= Slip Stitch
CH = Chain
SC = Single Crochet
DC = Double Crochet
BLO = Back Loop Only
DC2TOG = (YO, insert your hook in the next ST, YO, pull up a loop, YO, pull through 2) twice, YO, pull through all 3 loops
Notes: Leave a longer beginning tail to use at the end to attach a button to the center. Finished ornament should measure 4” wide across.
To begin CH3, SL to your first CH to create a loop
ROUND 1: CH 3 (counts as a DC), working into the loop place 11 DC sts, SL to the top of your beginning CH 3 to connect(12)
ROUND 2: CH 1 (does not count as a ST), work this round BLO, place 2 SC in each ST, SL to your beginning SC to connect(24)
Note For ROUND 3: You can choose to slide a bead onto your beginning CH 4 instead of adding a button to the center. CH 1, Slide your bead down, CH 3 more
ROUND 3: CH 4 (counts as a DC + CH1), work this round BLO, repeat [DC2TOG, (CH1, DC in the next ST) twice, CH 1] 5 times, DC2TOG, CH1, DC in the last ST, CH 1, SL to the 3rd CH of your beginning CH 4 to connect(34 counting your CHs)
ROUND 4: CH 1 (does not count as a ST) & TURN, repeat(SC in the CH SP, CH 2) 18 times, SL to your beginning SC to connect(54 counting your CHs)
ROUND 5: CH 1 (does not count as a ST) & TURN, repeat(place 3 SC in the CH SP, CH 1, SK 1) 18 times, SL to your beginning SC to connect(72 counting your CHs)

Cut, Tie off & weave in your ending tail.
Use your starting tail to attach a decorative button of your choice to the center. Attach Jute Twine to one of the CH spaces of round 5 as a hanger.
