Did you know that there is a National Scarf Day?! Me either, but why wouldn't there be? I love SCARVES!! Especially unique eye-catching ones that pop and brighten up the dreary winter days here in PA. Check out these beauties from my designer pals. I tried to include a little something for everyone.
