For this part we will be creating the optional holly & then seaming this whole project together to finish up!
Leaves: using a G(4.25mm) Hook
CH 4, SC in the 2nd CH from your Hook, HDC in the next CH, SL in the last CH
(Repeat the leaf pattern, SL into the very first CH you made) twice, cut & tie off.
Finish up by adding a couple small red beads to your leaves & then attaching your leaves to your hat brim.

Flip your back body panel over(wrong side up) and lay your front body panel(right side up) on top. Use the corresponding colored long tails to seam the 2 panels together, 3 panels when you get to the hat brim, stopping before completely sewing shut to add just enough stuffing so that it isn't completely flat. Feel free to stuff any remaining tails inside your gnome for added stuffing and to avoid having to weave in all those dreaded ends.

Please remember to add your finished photos to your Ravelry projects, so that I can highlight your awesome work, & in the "Crochet-A-Long with Us!" Facebook group!
